2,000 feet above sea level in the southern Philippines. Most coconut, coffee, durian and lanzones are mature trees. Most others only 2 - 3 years old and just starting to produce. Total land area of main farm is 5 hectares (12 acres) with other lots in use. We do not mono crop, use any chemicals or unnatural fertilisers etc. We practice natural farming techniques so the soil gets more fertile almost on its own while wild life mostly looks after pest control. Other than durian, coconut, lanzones, ginger, turmeric, some coffee and rambutan, etc we will soon have marketable quantities of bananas (mostly Lacatan), chilies, calamansi, rambutan, mangosteen, cacao (cocoa), cashew, loquat, avocado, lemons, limes, surinam cherry, pomegranate, flowering hibiscus plants, pomegranate plants, surinam cherry plants, salad tomato, lettuce, strawberry, peppers, a wide of vegetables including kale, cabbage, collards, carrots, bush beans, garbanzo/wing beans, string beans, cucumber, okra, egg plant, radish, pomelo, papaya, etc. Rabbits and eggs will soon be in production. Please note we do not produce very large quantities of any one crop.
